Jade Turner

We filmed some acoustic sessions in the famous Studio One at Strongroom Studios in January 2025, as part of the Canada House event ahead of UK Americana Music Association Music Week 2025.

A proud member of the Misipawistik Cree Nation, Jade Turner  was raised in Northern Manitoba, with an upbringing rooted in the art of storytelling. Her lyrics tell personal tales that range from serious topics to satirical ones, delivered with dynamic vocals that span from gritty and raw to spirited and energetic.

We had previously seen Jade at AmericanaFest in Nashville in September 2024 and we had to get her into Studio One during these sessions. We hope you like her performances.
